OVERVIEW
Specsources is a web-based furniture specification system ideal for commercial and hospitality interior
designers. Being web-based offers several advantages to the user.
 No software to install
No IT support needed on the user's side
Access your project information from anywhere you can get on the internet - work, home, client's site, etc.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Optimized for Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher but most features can run on any browser except for printing which
must be done by Internet Explorer
COLLABORATION
Only designers modifying the project are required to have a license. Because it is web-based, designers can share
product information with:
Other designers within their firm - even in different geographical locations
An unlimited number or Team Members - Owner, Owner's Rep, Architect, etc. (No license required)
An unlimited number of vendors (No license required)

Specsources has several different spec sheet styles and functionalities. We can also custom build a
spec sheet format to your firm's exact requirements
Set up standards for your firm using the spec numbering system you control
'COM's are extremely easy to manage and linked to the upholstered good with the click of a button.
Upholstery quantities are automatically totaled for all like items to prevent calculation errors.
Upholstery management sheets allow you to see all of the upholstery added to a specification on
one page with pricing and information
Virtually attach vendors to your spec, allowing them to log in and make comments about it. Vendors see
only the spec you assign them to.
Add as many additional pages of images to your specification as you need.
FILE SHARING
Upload any file you'd like to associate with the project. Excel, Word, Autocad - anything. This keeps all your
project information and documents in one place, easily accessible from the web.
PROJECT SCHEDULES
Sort your project data several different ways - location, manufacturer or type of specification.
The project schedule automatically calculates all pricing and extended pricing in an easy to read spreadsheet.
SpeCAD MODULE
Our new SpeCAD tool offers complete AutoCAD and Specsources integration
Save time by comparing counts between your plan and your specifications
Assign locations in AutoCAD and pull them into your spec sheets or vice versa
